According to Azmat Mui Moosdeen, Chairman of Hong Kong Middle East Chamber, the Belt and Road initiative has attracted Chinese companies and individuals to turn to investment in Middle Eastern markets over past two years.

A waterfront property is easy to rent compared to properties within the city.
